Great value compared to other hotels in Odesa. Impeccably clean property. Very professional and hard-working staff, even on night shift. Simply stunning hotel with top-class and unique rooms featuring a balcony. Prime location, just a 5-minute walk to Prymorskyi Boulevard. Enjoyed the nearby pedestrian area immensely.

This grand old and modern hotel is located close to an opera house and monuments. The customer service is good, they offer shuttle to-and-from the airport. The pool area is amazing. It is in the center of Odesa, wonderful area. A nice restaurant with local ukraine food is available...

Unbeatable and awesome location - a few steps away from everywhere I needed. Sumptuous and precious room, the bathroom was large. The breakfast was rich with a great view, decent veggie options, scrambled eggs, and restful and lovely staff.

The location was unbeatable in the good area. Everything was good and within 15 minutes' drive of Central airport. The room was clean, had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room and facilities were wonderful. The breakfasts and a la carte meals were delicious. The free upgrade and sea view were pleasant bonuses. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the city center and historical sites.

location of the hotel is above any praise. hotel is located in the heart of the pedestrian zone. You can reach the Opera House, Potemkin Stairs, monument to the founders by hand. To drive directly to the hotel, at the entrance to the pedestrian zone security will contact the hotel and specify the availability of reservations in your name. You can leave your car right in front of the hotel, on Primorsky Boulevard. hotel itself, Hotel itself, with its history and very beautiful interiors, especially striking decoration of the halls. Very polite and professional staff. On arrival our junior suite was probably not ready yet. we were kindly provided with a two-level suite, Besides. staff quickly and correctly resolved the issue with the noisy neighbors, spa belongs not to the hotel. to a complex in the neighboring building with which the hotel is cooperating, SPA is not really a SPA. rather a sports complex with a swimming pool, is visited by locals, we came to the pool. all three lanes were occupied by children, their coaches constantly asked not to swim on this or that side, It was certainly not the hotel's fault. Breakfast is very good. range of dishes offered will suit both adults and children. We did not immediately orient ourselves. breakfast can be enjoyed not only in the restaurant, also in a very beautiful and cozy patio, We are happy to return to this hotel again.
Not very good room soundproofing... I wish there was a kettle and a capsule coffee maker in the room.

Friendly and super helpful staff here, made my stay a breeze. I requested a room under the roof and got a cool one overlooking the street. 🌆 The room was a good size too!

Good service, we had very good stay.
This accommodation had a very central setting on a quiet traffic-reduced boulevard overlooking the Black Sea. We appreciated rooms with scratched furniture.

The location was amazing on a quiet traffic-reduced boulevard overlooking the Black Sea. It was also very close to the opera house, the Potemkin Stairs, and the heart of the downtown, as well as several other attractions.

We are regular visitors to the Hotel Londonskaya. For us, the priority in choosing a hotel is a wonderful seawater pool with comfortable temperature, as well as a location in the heart of Odessa. From pluses: Rooms are kept in a classical style, the room is warm, air conditioning is working, and the batteries were hot enough (as for January), clean, cozy, comfortable.
The quality of service seemed to be dropping. At the reception desk during the booking I was not warned that the pool was not working during the holidays (and for me it was socially important!!!). Swedish breakfasts leave much to be desired. For example, there are no fish dishes at all (but Odessa is a maritime city, and when I come here, I certainly want to eat fish). Of course, we did not stay hungry, and yet ... The elevator was in repair, I hope it will be repaired soon.

location in the centre of the city was a plus. easily reached salieri restaurant, located not too far away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. we had varied breakfasts with bacon and scrambled eggs, as for instance.

Uncomfortable access to the spa center. There is no possibility to use towels at the spa center. It is necessary to carry your towel from the room and then the wet towel back. A visit to the fitness room ONLY IN THE SPA! I was taken out of the gym for lifting dumbbells in the oil shale.!?! Who came up with that? What spa hotel in the world did you see this in? Avio hand luggage is limited to 7kg. You have to take sneakers - 1 kg only to go to the gym once.? Why is it so, it was said on a shovel - such rules. It wasn't hygiene or safety that was named. Those are the rules, that's all! Good simulators with far-fetched requirements.
